I have been struggling with depression for a year and have been noticing the rise in negative feelings lately. I haven’t been able to see a counselor or anything becuase of finances, but I was hoping for some prayer and encouragement. If you have any resources that could benefit me, let me know. I want to work through this with Jesus.

If you’re in Norfolk again for a few days, I definitely recommend going into Heartland Baptist church and speaking to Tim Fleener. He’s an amazing man and only wants others to gain a relationship with Christ. A friend of mine was having problems with drinking and depression and was suggested to speak with Mr. Fleener. He helped him greatly and now my friend has a strong relationship with Christ and recommends anyone with problems and want to help of God throughout to step into Heartland.
